Sample Statement of Work Contract

Pittsburgh Designers has thrown together a comprehensive “Statement of Work” contract for the use of web site creation and designing. This document is merely a template for what you or your company should use or incorporate into your own SOW. We are not lawyers here at Pittsburgh Designers, and nor do we pretend to. We are simply providing this document for the good of some of the smaller design agencies that may not have know about such a contract, or for a company that maybe wanted to revise and update their existing SOW.

There are some parts of the document that may or may not be critical or necessary at your business so please, PLEASE read over and make the necessary changes to this document before ever sending to a client for signatures to ensure it is outlining the exact service(s) your business will be providing to the client.
