In the early 90's, a lone design school graduate started the long painful journey to the top of the design agency food chain. Once there, the view wasn't as amazing as expected, so the lone designer ventured out on her own... Fargo Design Company was launched in 1999 and incorporated as Fargo Design Co., Inc. in 2004. After a brief rental stint in McKees Rocks, FDC renovated a building on Pittsburgh’s historic Northside (10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh) in 2007. In addition to being able to provide Mac or PC compatible files, we have extensive knowledge of industry software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Director, Premier, 3-D Studio Max, PowerPoint, Word, and many others. We are also experienced in a variety of illustrative techniques, with training in traditional illustration, digital, and 3D mediums. As members of the national Association of Photoshop Professionals, we not only take great photos, we can edit, manipulate and enhance them. In addition, we are fully equipped to handle web design and programming for sites large and small. Our services list is impressive for a small, 6 member posse but we take pride in our mastery of the items on that list. While our design team has built a reputation for its logo design and packaging, we are also winning awards in print and illustration. Our equally talented multimedia team includes skilled programmers and an animation specialist. We are also venturing into all types of social & mobile media and have helped clients in launching Facebook and mobile web campaigns. FDC prides itself on client satisfaction and has experienced impressive referral growth across the country. We allow clients to be as involved in their projects as they like, or they can leave everything to us.
